    • HOME – This is the foyer of your website. What happens here sets the stage for your relationship. You want a clean, clear design that immediately invites your visitor in. If the entryway is garish or cluttered, you can bet your visitor won’t stick around long.
    • ABOUT – Once your visitor is comfortable, you lead them into the living room, where you introduce yourself and your services. By now your visitor should be getting excited.
    • CONTACT – Here’s where you make it really easy for your prospect to take the next step with you. Remember, some people like to call, some prefer email, and some folks are still using snail mail, so make sure you put as many options down as you can
    • BLOG – If you ever thought about blogging, Wordpress makes it a snap. We’ll set up the blog for you, teach you the basics, and you’ll be off and running!
    • OTHER –You may want to describe your services here, how you work, or even add a page of testimonials. You choose the page and we’ll set it up for you.
  • Plug-ins for automatic back-up of your site, spam control and sitemap creation. We’ll install the tools needed to keep your site secure and optimized for search engines.
  • Installation of Google Analytics to track where all your traffic comes from, so you can target the top sources.

  • 30 minutes of WordPress training, where we’ll teach you how to maintain your site (and blog if you have one), make content changes and blog posts within minutes, and address any questions or concerns you have. Additional training is available, if needed.
  • 30 minute website content evaluation, where you’ll meet with one of our copywriters to discuss the best way to get your message across.

1Contact us. Let us know your current website / marketing challenge. Is your image less professional than you’d like? Are you afraid to make updates because webmaster fees add up fast? Are you frustrated that your current design doesn’t present your company in its best light? All of the above?

2We’ll review your comments and email you a questionnaire. Your answers will help our design team figure out the right design and approach for your business. For example, you may want a site that you can update easily and quickly, or you may want an affordable site for a new business venture. We’ll send you 2-3 customized options from which to choose.

3We then construct or remodel your website according to the design that you’ve chosen. If you need logos, business cards, Twitter background, or any other design element, we’ll provide those too.

4Once we’re done, you’ll receive free 1-on-1 Wordpress training (and a free content critique by our copywriter with the Colonial package) to make your own updates from now on!
